青の浸透－Penetration of Blue

4枚のパネルで構成されたこの作品は、質に強い印象を受けると同時に、各パネルで線の動きがずれていることで波のような振動の印象が立ち上がっている。また、光の環境で全く見え方を変える。自然光のさす明るい場所ではシルバーと金属のような鋭い反射のある表情を見せ、暗い空間では画像のような強い光と、室内の色も取り込んでいく。こうした質とイメージの交換は、描かれることで成立するものである。（水性顔料インクと鉛筆によるドローイングの後、釉薬がかかった陶器で表面を磨いている。）画面下の縁に2㎜ほどの青いラインがさしてあり、それが画面に青の浸透を促し、ここでも色とイメージの交換が行われている。
This work, which is made up of four panels, is striking in its quality, and the misalignment of the lines on each panel creates the impression of wave-like vibrations. The appearance also changes completely depending on the lighting conditions. In bright places with natural light, it shows a silvery, metallic, sharp reflection, while in dark spaces it takes in the strong light shown in the image and the color of the room. This exchange of quality and image is achieved through depiction. (After drawing with water-based pigment ink and pencil, the surface is polished with glazed ceramic.) There is a blue line about 2mm thin along the bottom edge of the screen, which gives an impression of blue to the screen, and here too colors and images are exchanged.
